Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Production begins after confirmation.
Payment Options: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payments must be completed at checkout.
- Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations: We deliver across India. International shipping is available on request. Additional duties or taxes may apply to international orders.
Order Processing Time: As a made-to-order platform, orders require 2 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Timelines:
Standard Delivery (India): 7-10 business days
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email upon shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages: For issues with delivery, contact customer support immediately for assistance.
- Cancellation Policy

Returns: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products. Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Refund Processing: Refend is not availabe as the product are made once order is confirmed.
